Hi. Did you even remember were subscribed to this newsletter?
I wouldn’t blame you if you didn’t.
For the past three-ish months, I took an (accidental) sabbatical from writing here—and almost all other public writing/sharing of my life.
If you don’t follow me on Instagram, you might not have seen a big announcement for our family: we’re expecting baby girl #2 in December!!!💗
(Here’s our announcement video if you haven’t seen it yet. I know I’m biased, but I think it’s pretty precious.) I foresee a LOT of matching sister outfits in our future. We couldn’t be more excited to welcome baby girl to our family at the end of this year.
BUT, with first trimester of pregnancy has again come ridiculously-intense morning sickness. I was hoping for the best this time around, but alas, I was doomed to all-day nausea and vomiting once again for several months.
Anyway, with that said, I’m back. I’m rusty, and I’m oh-so-extremely tired, but I’m back.
And I have another huge announcement.
I’m announcing my book title, cover, and release date next Tuesday, August 6th.
I’ll be sharing all the juicy info with email subscribers first, right here in next week’s newsletter, and then on my Instagram later that day.

I’d be lying if I didn’t say I was 100% terrified to commit to a release date and start sharing this deeply personal work with the world.
But it’s literally a book about committing to your dreams—despite fear, challenges, and uncertainty—so I figured I needed to go first and do it scared.
Part of me also can’t wait and wants to just release the book tomorrow (but I need to finish editing it first…). I’m especially looking forward to sharing the book with you inner-circle people who have encouraged me so much throughout this process. I hope the book’s just as much a blessing to you as you’ve been to me.
Thanks for being here. I’m excited to share more book info with you next week, and I’ll also share an opportunity for you to be featured in it! So keep your eyes peeled next Tuesday for the announcement email.
See you then,
Sarah
I’m so excited to hear about your book! You have worked so hard! I’m praying for you that you start feeling better for the remainder of your pregnancy. No one truly can be prepared for how hard being a mom can be until you experience it yourself! You are an amazing Mom and just focus on getting through one hour at a time. You are in survival mode!! Love you Sarah!!
